Referral fee terms and conditions
Fees are as follows:
£100 for first graduate referral; £250 for first select referral
£200 for second graduate referral; £500 for second select referral
£500 for third graduate referral; £1,000 for third select referral
In order to qualify, candidates must not be currently registered with FreshMinds Talent. To qualify for any referral fee, all referred candidates must be placed by FreshMinds Talent within 12 months of their formal registration. To receive additional fees for referring two or more placed candidates, all placements involved must take place within the same 12 month period.
To qualify as a select referral, the candidate must have a minimum of two years experience (or the equivalent) and be placed by the FreshMinds Select team or at lead level or above within FreshMinds. Referred candidates with two or more years of experience placed by other teams, or at executive level or below within FreshMinds, are not eligible. Interim (temporary) candidates are not eligible for referral fees unless also placed in a permanent role within 12 months of their initial referral.
Not open to family or staff of FreshMinds Talent. Additional fees for referring two or more placed candidates not open to family or staff of FreshMinds or FreshNetworks.
