Flexibility is what we’re all about, so whether you need someone for a week, a year, or anything in between, we can help.
Short-term placements
Many leading strategy houses work with us on a fast turnaround basis to recruit interim consultants for an immediate start, usually the next working day. In any one week, around 50 of our interim consultants and business analysts are on short-term placements lasting between a few days and a month with major strategy and management consultant firms.
Extended placements
For larger projects, or to cover long periods of absence such as maternity leave, we work on a contract basis providing interim consultants and business analysts for up to 12 months. We don’t just find someone with the right skills to do the job; we think about cultural fit and make sure we find someone who’ll slot right in.
“Temp to perm”
Sometimes our clients love our consultants so much they don’t want to let them go. So when that happens, we negotiate a “temp to perm” contract and congratulate ourselves on our ability to read our clients’ minds.
