So that we know exactly what we’re looking for, we take an extended brief for each assignment. We want to know everything from what sort of skill set and experience you’re seeking right through to softer issues such as team dynamics and working styles. Once we’ve got a clear picture, we’ll start the search for someone who’s just the ticket. Due to the fast-paced nature of our work, we usually work with clients on a day rate. Our rates typically range from £250 to £1000 per day dependent on the skill set and level of experience required.
Getting into our Mind pool isn’t easy. All our interim consultants and business analysts are rigorously screened. We examine their academic profile and career history then benchmark each candidate against the standards set for all Minds. That way we know that every Mind will make the grade. Armed with an understanding of your specific requirements, we’ll identify a number of Minds who fit the bill and present a selection of candidates together with our recommendation of who’s the best person for the job. Once you’ve found who you’re looking for, we’ll take care of all the contractual details so that you can just concentrate on getting the job done.
