We combine multiple techniques to identify and target suitable candidates from within and outside our networks.
We’ll start by searching within our talent pool. And if we don’t find who we’re looking for, we’ll scan the market and proactively target suitable individuals using head-hunting techniques. Whatever it takes, we’ll find them.
But we won’t just spot talent for you. We’ll design and run the whole process right from candidate attraction to acceptance and cover everything in between. Or if you prefer, we’ll work with your team to develop and implement a process which delivers a great candidate experience whatever the outcome and gives you a competitive edge.
Once we’ve done all the screening, interviewing and competency testing, and the candidates have made it through the assessment centre, it’s down to you to make the choice. Our clients normally find this bit the trickiest. Because all the candidates we find tend to be what you’re looking for.
