If we know that we’ve got plenty of graduates within our Mind pool that could fit your brief, we’ll be happy to work on a contingent basis to find just the right ones.
As well as searching within our existing pool (over 16,000 top quality Minds within the UK, alone) we’ll extend the search and attract additional graduates through advertising campaigns, networking and proactive candidate targeting. And when we’ve found who we’re looking for, we’ll make sure they’re up to the job by putting them through a rigorous screening and testing process.
Once we’ve identified a really strong field, you make the final choice. Our experience tells us that there’s a very high chance you’ll agree with our selection. But if you don’t, we’ll keep on looking until you do.
