That’s why we exclusively recruit high fliers with excellent academics. You’ll need a minimum of 300 UCAS points and a 2.1 from a leading university. You may also have a postgraduate or professional qualification.
You’ll need a record of impressive work experience or internships through your academic career. You’ll need to demonstrate notable extra-curricular achievements and tell us how you’ve outperformed your peers.
And whilst we’re not expecting you to know the industry you’re applying for inside out, you will need to show a strong interest in the area.
It’s a lot to ask for. But then again, we’re not looking to fill just any old graduate vacancies.
