We’re always looking to expand our talent pool but (being a bit picky) we’re only interested in the best of the best. This is where FreshMinds Ones to Watch™ comes in. Every year we ask students at the UK's top universities to predict who out of their peers will go on to become the business leaders of the future. FreshMinds picks out the nominees who we think really have the wow factor. We then invite them to join our elite Ones to Watch scheme which marks them out as very impressive people, destined to achieve great things.
